Vehicle Description:
It will be a model that reproduces the 997 generation pure sports grade "Porsche 911 GT3 RS".
This time, it will be equipped with a center-lock BBS Cup wheel that is also used in cup races.
Among the many 997s of the 911 series, it can be safely described as a "true hit" for Porsche lovers, the GT3 RS. When modeling the GT3 RS, we designed the prototype by docking modeling data that accurately traces the characteristics of the GT997 RS, such as front and rear bumpers, side steps, rear fenders, and engine hoods, based on scan data (3 Turbo) of the actual vehicle monocoque.
We have also devised various ways to express the details. The radiators peeking out at the back of the bumper duct have two etched parts stacked on top of each other to increase the visual depth of the core.
In addition, the headlights are plated and colored on white metal reflectors, and the lenses with fine grooves engraved on the outer circumference are molded with new molds.
The wings are made of white metal, which is unusual for a 1/43 resin miniature car, but it is a material choice that not only allows the mold of the parts itself to be sharpened, but also has the advantage of being resistant to aging.
The BBS CUP wheels installed this time are newly designed to match the GT3 RS. The rim uses aluminum sawn parts and you can enjoy a realistic material feeling. Delicate spokes can be achieved by duplicating them in white metal.
